The Business Model Catalogue documents the experiences of five pilot Circular Food Hubs established within the Interreg Alpine Space CEFoodCycle project in regions of Austria–Germany, Italy, France, and Slovenia. It outlines how regionally adapted business models, stakeholder co‑creation, and digital tools can support circular food systems by reducing waste, valorising by‑products, and fostering cross‑sector collaboration. Rather than proposing a one‑size‑fits‑all solution, the catalogue distils shared challenges, enabling factors, and concrete lessons to guide policymakers, researchers, and agri‑food actors in replicating and scaling circular food initiatives in other regions.
